do i bill out all drugs given as well or does 20550 include medication as well?

I bill the drugs used during the injection. Some are included depending on the insurance carrier.

Anything ending in "caine" is included in the injection - marcaine, lidocaine. If you are only injecting a caine drug, then some insurance companies won't pay an injection if you don't bill some sort of drug, so you can bill the caine with a zero dollar or a penny, to show that you know it is included.
