Wiki Injection at Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility

An office with a Pain Management Physician goes to the IDT facility to perform an injection prior to the MRA being done on the patient. Insurance company is rejecting the claim? The code is correct and the insurance company states the only credentials approved in the IDTF is Radiology, Orthopedic or Rheumatology. What is needed to get the claims paid?

I think you will have to speak with the insurance company - this sounds like a payer policy or contract requirement, not a coding issue if the code is correct.
