The doctor called it a 20600, but that is for a small joint and the ankle is an intermediate joint. I think he did that becaus he was also billing 20605 x 2 for bilateral injections into other areas of the ankles. So, what would 20605 x4 look like? Patient has Humana Gold MCR replacement.

Yes. 2 into the bilateral sinus tarsi and 2 into bilateral "lateral ankle gutter"/
