I came across a patient that recieves the depo shot in order to supress her mentrual cycle. She is developmentally delayed and was assaulted in her past. As a result of the assault, she now becomes violent during her mentrual cycle. What would be the appropriate dx code to assign for the reason of the depo injection? It is not for contraception and she does not have a menstrual disorder. This is more psychological. Any suggestions? As of now all I could come up with is 626.8, but this doesn't seem right because she does not have an abnormal bleeding disorder.
