injections - Used a Betadine scrub and injected

This was done in offce:

Used a Betadine scrub and injected a solution of Kenalog and Xylocaine into the flexor sheath of the left ring finger.
I then injected on both sides of the cord to help give us some sensory improvement.

I used 20550 for the tendon sheath injection, but not sure what to do with the injection on both sides of the cord ? The doctor said to use 26989 which is an unlisted code.
Ok fine, but what CPT code do I compare to ?
I was thinking maybe 20552 ?

Please, I would love some suggestions on where to go with this one.

He then did a manipulation of the finger, but I don't think I can charge for that . . .

I am confused :-(

I'm not use to hand surgeons anymore, so please forgive me if this is a stuipd question. When he says cord, what is he referring too?

It is the Dupuytren cord.

My $.02

From what I can find on line this is a collection of collagen connective tissue of the palmar fascia. I would use 96371 x 2 due to the fact this isn't a trigger point and technically it's not the tendon either.
