Can anyone answer me if 96374 IVP is included in 96365 infusion up to 1 hour? In other words if you are running an infusion 96365 and you do a IVP 96374 can you code and charge for the IVP??? Let me know what you think!!

Be advised that CPT guidelines include a hierarchy for coding injections and infusions, only one initial service per visit, unless the patient has more than one access site. I will recommend add-on code 96375
