how would you code when a patient comes in for injections on a regular basis with ICD-10. would you use the D after the first injection or would you still use the A?? for example patient is getting orthovics injections for 3 months.
 
I agree the diagnosis Is key but I doubt it will be initial, sounds like sequela but no way to know. a monthly injection does not sound like active treatment of an injury.
