Hi Everyone,

I'm in need of assistance. We have a ARNP that works in our CHF Clinic. Indition to the normal office, she may give injections Lasix in the office. However, we do not have a Medicare number for her. Can the injections for office visit be billed Incident to? if not how would we bill for the injections (Meds and Push)
