when billing 20610 injection into bilateral shoulders, do you bill the 20610 once or twice?
 
This is one of things in which there are two ways to report it, and it really depends on the carrier you are sending it to. You can report:

20610-50

OR

20610-LT
20610-51-RT

I report the two codes all the time and don't have any problems.
