has anyone billed for this during a cardiac cath? had a pt.that they inserted this into the fem.vein through the sheath because pt.had suffered an out of hospital cardiac arrest. when I've seen this before it had always been placed in ED before pt.come in to cath.lab. any help would be most appreciated. thanks
