Dr. A which is an Internal Medicine doctor admits patient to hopsital. Dr B which is also Internal Med doctor see's patient for day # 2, 3. On day # 3, Dr B (who is also a nephrology doctor) and decides to start patient on Dialyisis. He wants to charge an inpatient consultation, (consulting himself to himself) internal med and nephrology, then a sebsequent inpatient visit, internal med.
