The infectious disease doctor is consulted for urinary tract infection and antibiotics selection. The doctor states in the HPI that "history is obtained primarily from the chart as the patient was not in his room". He is thorough and detail with the rest of the E/M. He was unable to recommend antibiotics since cultures will not be available for 24 to 48 hours.

I'm thinking this isn't billable, but want other coding experts opinions. Thanks for your help in advance.
