Inpatient level 2 discharge/family conference

I have a physician that is wanting to charge a level 2 discharge for a pt with an additional 30 min family conference. Does anyone know how I would bill this? I know I would charge a 99239 for the discharge but I am having a problem with the additional family conference. Please HELP!!!
