New at coding Deliveries and have been asking this question, the doctor does not see the patient for the antepartum, but when they come into the hospital for the delivery they want to bill the 59409 or 59514 plus the admit, rounding and discharge.

when reading the CPT outline about delivery it includ admission to the hospital with the H&P exam, labor, and delivery. So my question is how should I be coding this?
