Inpatient R&B and Ancillary Labor & Delivery charge

I have a patient that was admitted on 5/6, delivered on 5/7 and was discharged on 5/9. I have inpatient R&B charges for 5/6, 5/8 and 5/9 (rev code 110). I have Labor and Delivery on 5/7 (rev code 720 and 721). Should there be an inpatient R&B charge on 5/7? Is the charge for rev code 720/721 a R&B charges or is this charge for the procedure?
