Hello all!
I work in a Neurology office that overlooks the rehab facilities in our local hospitals. Medicaid is not accepting subsequent visit codes 99231-99233...Medicaid is stating that those e/m codes only are used with POS 21...we use POS 61. Are there a better group of e/m codes to use for a rehab facility???

Thank you ahead of time for your help.

You probably should be using the POS 21, there are no rehab specific E/M codes.
