How can I determine the DRG calculation? It varies from patient to patient. I thought outpatient treatment always paid more, but now I'm finding that it's only sometimes the case.
Do CMS billing guidelines not accept H0011 rev code 1002? Tricare changes every claim revenue code and description we send for Residential to Detox H0009 rev code 0126. Also, why is it so hard to get an answer? It seems like no one can give answers on inpatient SA facility institutional billing, and very little information was provided on this topic when I earned my certifications.
