Can someone help with the following?

Provider is consulted to see an inpatient for hypotension. Patient was found down at home and brought to ER then admitted by other than your providers specialty.

Provider does a consult, finds blood pressure at baseline. Hypotension is not mentioned throughout the consult although mentioned that she has fallen in the past.

Are you able to code hypotension b/c that is the reason for the consult. I'm planning on using history of falls V15.88.
