We have a few clients that come in and have a commercial ins and hsa and medicaid. There is an overpayment but I'm not sure who to refund if its the hsa or medicaid. I have called the commercial and medicaid and they have said refund the other carrier. Who do I refund, help please I dont want to keep these neg amts in our a/r.
