Home health sent a pt to the office when they had accidentally pulled out their g tube. In the same hole as the one pulled out, the dr slid in a new g- tube. I cant find a code to cover this and I am assuming I should just use an E/M code. Any suggestions? REVISION: I was informed that this was a j tube (feeding jejunostomy) and not a g tube. Any more suggestions?
