I am looking for any information about coding stimulator for Medicare. I am getting denied on octrode code as duplicate. I use a 59 modifier on second octrode code and they pay that but not the first code?

Have you tried taking the 51 off the first 63650? We was reimbursed for the same codes, but did not use the 51, just the 59 on the second 63650.
