Hello - I am having trouble with the new HCPCS code C9781. When I spoke to the company before the HCPCS was actually assigned, they told me that C9781 was the device code for the InSpace System. Now that code says its for the implantation of the InSpace. Medicare is stating that this is a "device intensive procedure reported without device code. If C9781 is for the implantation, what is the device code for the system itself??
