Wiki Insurance and Telehealth

Hello,

Does anyone know which insurances accept/pay/reimburse telehealth 'visits' for consultations and new patients? (Codes 99201-99205, 99241-99245)
I'm in Wisconsin if that makes any difference.

From what I have seen, all the major commercial carriers will reimburse. What varies is HOW they want it billed. Some are POS 02, some POS 11.
