When a patient is seen at our office for all of her antepartum care, we deliver her, but she comes to our office for her 6 week postpartum visit with a different insurance, can we still bill global? Or is it split now? She had the same insurance for all antepartum, delivery, up until 3 weeks before her 6 week visit. In this scenario, I have always billed antepartum (59426), delivery (59409 or 59514) and PP (59430) separately to each insurance that was active at that time.
