Hi,
Can anyone help me. When a client for Mental Health has both Medicare and Medicaid, who do I bill first? Thank you for any and all information!

Medicaid is ALWAYS the payor of last resort. Bill Medicare first, then (if it doesn't cross over, which it should) bill Medicaid.
