Hello all,

I was wondering if any one has a clear understanding on how insurance interest works when a claim process takes longer than it is suppose to. I did pull up some state rules ( I am in CO) but it doesn't really make sense to me. I just received over $5000 for insurance interest and the claim was not that old. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.
