I have a patient that BCBS TN took money back on from DOS 11/18. This claim was for new patient visit with allergy testing. We also mixed the allergy serum on the same DOS but was on a different claim. After calling BCBS TN and speaking with them I have a test code going against 95165. I have looked up the NCCI edits and can fix this but at this point with most of the claim being paid and money taken back on test code 95004, do I send a corrected claim or an appeal?
