We are trying to jusify purchasing additional pulse oximetrys. Are you seeing insurances pay for 94760 single measurement or are they stating that it is inclusive to the office visit?

Almost every insurance we bill, says it is inclusive with the E&M.

Most insurance companies bundle this with the E/M code and consider it part of the vital signs, some will pay about $3 for it, if it is linked with a respiratory condition.
