I am having issues with NC Medicaid paying Intravitreal Injection Vabysmo prior to 10-1-2022 when it was filed as a unlisted code J3590. They keep denying as the diagnosis is invalid when in fact it is correct based on their clinical policy. Has anyone else has this issue.
