We got Intergy a year and a half ago and are still learning new things. We didn't have much training. We are supposed to have a trainer come in and help the billing department in a couple of weeks with Collections and Secondary Billing that isn't working because on unbalanced claims. How is it going for you? How long have you had it?

Been using in for over a year and really like it better that what we had before....

We like it better than what we had before because it does so much more. Are you using the collection module? We took an online class on it yesterday and are going to try and get it set up.
