Hi,
The first procedure is excision of cyst of midline upper back.
Second procedure is excision of cyst
An intermediate repair was performed on both lesions (2.5cm+2.9cm=5.4cm)
12032,11402-51,11402 -51,L72.0.
Can we combine the repair as a single code?

Hi Sri,

Yes, you would combine the lengths as they are in the same anatomical location. See guidance in your CPT Book (mine is pg. 84)
