Hello all,

DCR w/ stent was already done on right eye....
Patient returned for internal DCR, probing/irrigation w/ stent placement, right eye.

Did query doc and stated endoscope was not used

"The upper and lower puncta were dilated with a punctal dilator. Bowman probe was placed through the inferiour punctum and pushed in to the nasal cavity. It did not enter the nasal cavity; but by direct observation with the speculum in place, a tented area was noted. This was beneath the scarred anteror tip of the middle turbinate. The middle turbinate was elevated and the internal DCR ostium was enlarged with Kerrison rongeurs. The anterior tip of the middle turbinate was then removed."

Would you still code 68720? Thanks for any feedback!
