I work from home and my internet modem went down today and I had to go to the city to buy a new one and spend time to configure it. Since I am paid an hourly salary but work from home I was wondering if this would be docked time or reportable? Thanks for any help.

You should look in your employment agreement, it should be covered in there. The company i work with states this is not reportable time.

Id be surprised if it is unless the modem was provided by the employer.
