Hi I am about to finish my medical coding training and will be sitting for my CPC exam soon. When I applied for the exam it asked whether I had done an internship. I haven't but I am doing a practicum as part of my training. Would these be considered the same thing?

I would say yes in regards to the application question. A practicum is continued education as is an internship.
