We bill for a radiologist that work out of the local hospital, I received documentation from them for interpretation of TB skin test, any thoughts on how I would bill this? I think I am okay with V74.1 as my ICD but what about a CPT?

I believe cpt 86580 would only be used if the radiologist gave the tb test as well. Reading should have been done by whoever gave the skin test. I'm not sure what you could charge for just the read.
