If a fluorscopy is performed and our physican did only the interpretation how would that be coded?

Clinical Hx: Postlaminect Synd Cerv Thorac lumbar
Comparison: Non

Findings: Technolligist-assited fluoroscopy was provided during the procedure. 2 digital images were recorded with portible c-arm.
These are centeredover the cervicothoracic junction. On the AP image, a needle is seen with its tip projecting over the spine to the right of the midline. There appears to be an area of density adjacent to the needle tip that probably represents injected contrast.

The technologist is not our Dr but the physician who provided the interpretation is our physician.
