When coding for the Professional componet for a spirometry, do you bill for the interp date or the date the test was preformed? The interp date is almost never on the same date as the test. I can use any help that you can give! Thanks...:rolleyes:
 
Interpretation of Spirometry

For PFT Interpretations (Professional component), you use the date of interpretation, not the date it was performed.
