I work for an FQHC that bills for translation services for our patients. We do get payment from most of our insurance companies.

We bill T1013- Z60.3 - acculturation difficulties ( most of our patients speak a different language)

We have recently seen denials for ICD 10 code Z60.3. What else could we use as a DX for the use of translation services ?
