Our practice is considering starting to bill these codes so I was wondering if anyone has billed them and are you seeing any reimbursement issues? I know Medicare says they will pay but from what I am seeing commercial insurance such as Blue Cross Blue Shield and UNHC do not cover this because they consider it part of the patient's on going medical management. Any input is appreciated.
