Is anybody billing the new telephone/internet consultations, 99446-99449.
It seems the clinic would need to be very organized to capture these phone calls and obtain patient authorization and demographics.
Please let me know if your billing these and if your getting reimbursment. I know Iowa Medicare and Medicaid say "NO"
