Hello
I need some clarification in regards to the below attempted procedure, not sure if this should be posted with modifier 53? Any information/guidance would be greatly appreciated :)

"Attempted PTA and crossing of L subclavian artery was performed (using a .035x150 wire glide stiff angled). Access was from the right femoral artery."
Other procedures were done in conjunction, however, I am only questioning the attempted PTA. My provider only gave CPT 75962-26 and I am wondering why not add CPT 35475 with modifier 53?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
