Looking for behavioral interview questions for a medical biller/coder and front desk patient access person. Anyone have any qood questions, thanks.
 
We like to ask...

- how they would handle situations when patients are checking out and they have obviously been given bad news and are upset.

- Are they ok dealing with death and dying

- how do they handle situations when patients or family members may be crabby or rude
