Intra-Operative Endoscopy???

Messages

Hello-

One of our physicians is billing for a intra-operative endoscopy. The problem is that he did this with another physician who has dictated his surgery, with a entirely different third physician, and does not mention my physician I am billing for.

On the protocol, our doctor (Dr. A) notes a small carcinoid and oozing from an anostomosis site-per Dr. B.

Should I feel confident in this, since again Dr C (assist. surgeon for Dr. B) dictates and never mentions Dr. A! Help.
