I have a Dr. who injected a patient with Kenalog-40 at 30 minute intervals to check for systimic reactions, the test lasted a total of 2 hours. My question is how do I code this testing, there are codes for ingestion challenge testing, however I have not found anything for Intramuscular drug challenge testing. Can you give your thoughts on this challenge???
