For the procedure 88331 "Pathology consultation during surgery; first tissue block, with frozen section(s), single specimen" service provided for 4 different specimens on the same day same session. How do we code them?

88331x4 or

88331x1
88331x3-59.

What is the correct coding? Please clarify for 88333, 88342.

are they on the same report? if they are four different specimen then you should bill 88331X4...if they are on different blocks of same specimen then it would be 88331X1 and 88332x3
