Hello,

i have this operation where the patient was removing the spleen then
inspection of the small bowel and the abdomen there was no eviedence of tumor ...there was a lymph node retroduodenal which sent for frozen which was negative for malignancy
so the decision taken for doing endoscopy : enterotomy created at jejunum and antegrade and retrograde push endoscopy done whic was normal
closure of enterotomy with vicryl suture

how should i code this?
