We have a client that is trying to come up with a standard price for their INtraoperative Neuromonitoring. Does anyone know what the standard fee is? I can't seem to find any documentation for this. They are stating the flat flat all inclusive fee should be $625 which would include all standars supplies. Thoughts? Thx
 
Technical personnel to perform intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring
services including the following (but not limited to) modalities:
 Cortical Mapping
 Transcranial Electrical Motor Evoked Potentials (TcMEPs)
 Somatosensory Evoked Potentials (SSEPs)
 Auditory Brainstem Response (ABRs)
 Visual Evoked Potentials (VEPs)
 Dermatome Evoked Potentials (DEPs)
 Evoked Electromyography (eEMG)
 Spontaneous Electromyography (sEMG)
 Transcranial Doppler
 Cerebral Oximetry
 Intraoperative EEG
 Intraoperative EEG monitoring (Carotid)
 All required monitoring equipment, software, and technical support for
services. NeuroMatrix clinicians are equipped with all monitoring
equipment required to perform neural monitoring services during surgery
with real-time professional supervision and interpretation.
 Professional supervision and interpretation for services via real time remote
access in compliance with the HCFA/CMS regulations.
 All standard use disposable supplies for performance of neurophysiologic
monitoring services.
