Intraperitoneal chemo + therapeutic infusions

If 96446 is the main reason for the infusion visit (which would be the initial service even though this is not indicated by CPT as an initial), and other therapeutic infusions for pre-meds are infused during that session (96375, 96367 plus followed by hydration (96361), which codes would get the -59 modifier?

Would you consider 96446 as an initial service?
