What is the correct CPT code for intrathecal test injection of baclofen for MS? Provider has given me 62323 w/ R25.2. Keeps getting denied due to dx. We have also submitted a corrected claim w/ the addition of MS dx. Both dx is considered not medically necessary per LCD. Would appreciate any guidance. thanks
