what is the difference between ?Continuing pregnancy after intrauterine death of one fetus or more? and ?Continuing pregnancy after spontaneous abortion of one fetus or more??
 
I believe it is the timing of the loss of the fetus. 20 weeks or less = spontaneous abortion, after 20 weeks = fetal intrauterine death
